The funds raised will fuel the company's expansion plans, strengthen its technology infrastructure, and facilitate its entry into institutional fund management. Wright Research aims to tap into the dynamic opportunities of the Indian market by leveraging well-researched and risk-managed quantitative investment strategies. The startup, founded in 2019, operates digitally and prioritizes transparency.
With the investment, Wright Research will enhance its execution technology, improve the client experience, expand its subscriber base, and venture into portfolio management services and alternative investing with the necessary SEBI licenses. Orios Venture Partners sees the partnership as an opportunity to democratize sophisticated investment strategies typically accessible only to high net worth individuals, capitalizing on the growing trend of digital distribution in finance.
